A promotion will not automatically change the benefits payable from the Scheme. However following a promotion you may wish to consider increasing your contributions to the Scheme.

Remember: In addition to the standard Company contribution of 8% of your Pensionable Pay, the Company will match your contributions up to a maximum of 5% of your Pensionable Pay.
