Visit your Personal Account at MyPru.

You’ll need:

• Your National Insurance number; and
• Our Scheme number which is M001.

You’ll also need to provide the following during the registration process:

• Your email address (if possible, please use a personal and not a work-related email address); and
• Your mobile phone number (this is optional, but we would encourage you to provide one).

If you require assistance, please contact the DC Section Administrator using the details in the Contacts section.

Don’t forget, you can contact the DC Section Administrator using the secure messaging service in ‘My account’. You can use this facility to send messages to, and receive messages from, the DC Section Administrator. You can also send them any forms or documentation using this facility, all in a secure, digital format. It’s more secure and will save you time.
