Maximum transfer in limit increases to £300,000

If you have built up benefits in another pension scheme you may transfer these into your Personal Account at the discretion of the Trustee and the Company. The maximum amount you may be able to transfer in to your Personal Account has increased from £150,000 to £300,000.

It is important to remember any benefits transferred in to your Personal Account must be received from a registered pension scheme, and that transfers in from a defined benefit (DB) arrangement will not be allowed.

If you wish to proceed with a transfer of benefits into your Personal Account, you will need to complete a Transfer In Request Form which is available in the Document library.

You should seek independent financial advice if you are unsure whether transferring benefits into your Personal Account is in your best interests. If you do not have a financial adviser, you can find one near to you on register.fca.org.uk.
